Pros

One of the best reasons to work at GE Aviation is that if you love jet engines this is your place to work. If you don't know much about jet engines -that was my situation- you have a lot of opportunities to learn about them. You can learn either by online modules, hands-on experience and actual classes. Another thing is that if you are a minority you have a lot of support groups that can help you if you have any questions about the company, if you need a group of people just to talk to that isn't your boss or your co-workers.

Cons

I was a summer intern and I was there short time, one of the things that I didn't like was the fact that I didn't had anything to work on my first couple of weeks. I would have liked to see a work project since the beginning of my internship.
