      You work with some of the best and brightest. Able to try different career avenues. Able to direct your own career.

      Cons

      Pay is stingy. Widely used practice of promoting people to management who have shown proficiency in their area of expertise, not people who could or should manage people. Long hours.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
