Horribly unorganized and unprofessional And unbelievably incompetent management Managers are hired with little to no experience in this industry. Planning/ SOP is never updated. When Equipment goes down (happens daily due to no maintenance/poor training) you get in trouble for putting in a work order ( they train you to do when equipment goes down) No support from management what so ever. They hide behind what they call teaming and use it as an excuse to cover for their lack of knowledge and their positions. I have seen many great employees get blamed and thrown under the bus for things they did not do OR that were completely out of their control. This job looks great on the surface but this job has turned into a Hell hole. Even long term employees 5-10 years has said GE Auburn has gone down hill very fast thanks to the incompetence of leadership
