      Pros

      * There are some very good people that work here, but there are also people you have to wonder how they passed an interview. * Get to work in a large enterprise environment.

      Cons

      If ya have a miserable boss, your life becomes a living hell. If you have a good boss, then it's an enjoyable experience. Each time a employee leave due to a RIF or a Retirement, those left standing suffer the brunt of additional tasks. Even if the the employee's plate is already full. Never have the ability to take technical training beyond the introductory stuff in LinkedIn Learning. If you need anything in depth training wise, you're out of luck. Lots of antiquated systems that you have to fight to keep running.

      Pros

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
