      Pros

      The only good thing about this place is the toilets are clean which ironically enough is where your life will go once you start here.

      Cons

      Only a hand full of the engineers here do any work. Most do not know or care what they are doing. If you work hard you will work A LOT of unpaid overtime while idiots get promoted.

      Pros

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
