Good company but let down by local SLT - Snr Business Manager GE Aerospace Employee Review

-Visibility and credit isn't always given to people who deserve it -HR is not the best -Bullying concerns are quashed and retaliation is very much there. -SLT is prepared to protect bullies and promote people who "refute" claims even when there is evidence that says otherwise -Cheltenham and Systems businesses need review especially around HR and team morale. HR and SLT are very good at hiding/manipulating KPIs to give the impression everything is green or on track when the reality is different.
