      - Great people management, good mentors - Dynamic organization, recognizes effort and results and you progress because of it - International opportunities - Good entry level pay, especially for interns

      Cons

      - Locations of Service Facilities/Erie (but this is changing with Chicago, Ft. Worth, etc.) - Little praise in brutal railroad environment
