      - Leadership development and training - Exposure to senior leaders - Will gain experience that you would not be thrown into if at a small company

      Cons

      - Alot of Bureaucracy - Metric driven culture ... pressure to perform - Long hours during planning sessions / qtr close - No consistence between P&L's with regard to ERP's
