Pros

Benefits - working from home, flexi-hours, 10% pension contribution, discounted healthcare

Cons

Training ban effective for the last 5 years (formerly Alstom), career growth is impossible unless you are tapped on the shoulder. International structure is heavily flawed - your line management is 5 - 8 hours outside your time zone, no visibility of your strengths or efforts. Workforce is not motivated due to constant re-structuring. Doesn't matter how good you are at your job, you might be out of a job next year.

Pros

Pay was appropriate for the position. Management was active.

Cons

They expect employees to give free overtime. Salary is expected to work overtime without reason. Hourly are expected to work overtime without pay, even if there is a reason. Management will protect themselves first. No one is truly good at their job because employees are constantly being moved.
