      Pros

      good colleagues, dynamic environment. Those guys one level below the senior management team are mostly highly qualified professsionals and keep the company running.

      Cons

      lots of talk about Spirit and Compliance and 'keep the company safe' ; when the rubber meets the road, all the noble speeches are irrelevant, forgotten, neglected.
