Pros

Unlimited time off, but managers come up with their own rules and policies around this, so even though the company has this amazing perk, poor managers get in the way of it.

Cons

The ownership for almost everything sits with the individual businesses, so if your management is part of the boys’ club, you can bet that they will always be protected and you won’t. Morale has been really bad since the structure of the company has been changing. It’s not a good place to be right now. All the people around you are either getting laid off or job searching. Everyone’s out for themselves. The no tolerance harassment policy is also a complete joke. The company doesn’t care. I truly, honesty feel that my manager could push me into a conference room, take advantage of me, and the company would look the other way.
