My immediate team is AWESOME! I wouldn’t trade these folks for anybody else. We work hard, support each other, deliver for our customers, and continue to learn and grow despite everything else happening around us.
Cons
HR, Digital (global functions and data), and senior leadership continue to disappoint. No clear direction, great leaders forced out due to ridiculous location strategy, no communication on next steps or what they are doing to fill the leadership gap. In the span of one month I will lose my leader and the next two leaders above that. Our team has been moved around internally four times in the past year and a half with leaders beyond my direct manager taking absolutely no interest in what we do and how we deliver for our customers. HR and HR for HR are a joke. Not at all responsive to employees questions and not at all proactive in reaching out to the employees they supposedly support to learn about what we do. HR is not an employee advocate. They are puppets. HR People Partner...please. Spare me. Compensation is far behind peer companies/jobs. Absolutely no faith that we are on the cutting edge of HR any longer. We got cocky, thought we were better than everyone else, and fell too far behind to catch up.
