Pros
Excellent career development environment. Vast resources spent on employee development. Preference is given to individuals that join GE through their corporate programs, especially a combination of FMP and CAS will definetly give an individual a fast-track career. GE is an excellent name to carry in your CV.
Cons
Quite bureaucratic and decisions often depending on US HQ. Despite that the growth of revenues comes from outside US there are few non-US senior executives.
