Good company but changing - Manager GE Employee Review

Change is the biggest challenge thus far as the company sells off businesses previously owned for years, spinning off Healthcare and now reversing the deal with BHGE. Benefits have declined especially around health insurance but all else seems to be ok. Most people are on permissive vacation, meaning take off when you want as long as your work is done - there is no more allocated vacation. Can be long hours but you also have the flexibility. Diversity is valued and respect is required.
