ZERO to GE Management and believe it or not, HR is the enemy. As for Safety, the managerial application and demands for mandatory compliance became the "Problem" and actually resulted in many injuries of workers trying to comply with "Stupid" mandates and requirements created by incompetent and/or task ignorant safety people, using a one size fits all mentality. Don't expect to have a job if management needs to boost their stock prices.
