Pros
1) Salary is leved to the market 2) Company is open for changing roles 3) People are great 4) New CEOs Larry Culp and John Slattery of Aviation does really good job.
Cons
1) Poor management - most of managers are GE first timers managers - they were never thought how to lead. 2) Too many management and decicion levels paralizing operation. 3) Once people reach management level they often change position often (especially in US) this makes management unaccountable for decisions and management style.
