Old cultures die hard - Senior Systems Engineer GE Employee Review

Every layer of management is part of the "good ol' boy" club.... You'll never get a promotion unless you're in with the club. They make it virtually impossible to go from IC to a PL role unless you're hired in for a PL position... Communication about things that affect regular employees is trash. "Business as usual" to death... Literally... Its killed the company. Healthcare benefits are sub par.
