      There are some smart and intelligent people you will want to work with and learn from them. You may get good learning opportunities depending on your direct management.

      Cons

      Engineers and other technical staff is treated like slaves. In some business units, leadership has no clue what they are doing. They put employees under pressure to achieve their goals.
