Pros

NONE, THEY TREAT EMPLOYEES TERRIBLY AND ARE MANAGING THE BUSINESS THEY ACQUIRED (AMERSHAM) INTO THE GROUND. THE ONLY CONSIDERATION IS THE BOTTOM LINE WITH LITTLE TO NO INTEREST IN INCREASING THE TOP LINE. THEY MANAGE THE BOTTOM LINE BY FIRING COMPETANT PEOPLE AND HIRING INEXPERIENCED INCOMPETANT PEOPLE WITH LOWER SALERIES. THEY ALSO SET UNREALISTIC TARGETS SO LITTLE TO NO COMMISSION IS PAID OUT TO THE RESPS.

Cons

THERE IS LITTLE TO NO RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEES. HR IS WORTHLESS AND SENIOR MANAGMENT CORRUPT. PEOPLE WHO SPENT 20-30 YEARS BUILDING A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS (PHARMACIA) HAVE BEEN FIRED OR DRIVEN OUT. THEY HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE INDUSTRY WHO DO NOT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS.
