      Pros

      Salary and benefits. The Global research center in NY is fantastic and an under appreciated asset.

      Cons

      Plastics engineers managing managing a disfunctional British company with no creativity. Too many layers of management. They can't be creative or develop new products. They mismanage ones they have and maintain profits by laying people off when times are bad.

      Internal promotions are common. Loyalty is valued to an extent.

      Frequent hiring freezes and cost cutting can be frustrating.

      Pros

      Great for gathering experience. Good Work life balance Conflicting personalities does not get you let go like other places.

      Cons

      Wages for non-union personnel in the Othersal band like all Techs barely keeps up with Union/Assembly Wages. Company values college far more than experience or real accomplishments, a fresh bachelors means more to them for promotions than someone who has saved over ten million dollars.
