Pros
Good team work. Team members of any project is very eager to achive their goal. It is tough but very exciting experience working as a project member and to go forward to the goal whatever it takes. Also management team spend a lot of time and efforts to recognize dedicated employees and do team building well. Also your work will be rewarded with salary raise and bonuses that is higher than competitor.
Cons
it isdifficult to keed work/life balance. To achieve the stretch target GE management team place, project members have to work 70 hours per week even just a entry level employee or operators. Annual turnover ratio is relatively high even though management try to retain top talent.
