      Pros

      Generally flexible work arrangements. Solid company with good reputation. Decent benefits. Great facilities, cafeteria, lots of parking, etc. Most people are dedicated to their work.

      Cons

      Common complaint is that quality is low on priorities despite how they say it is. Big company with lots of reorganizations and outsourcing. Social aspect drops quickly in some departments.

      Great for gathering experience. Good Work life balance Conflicting personalities does not get you let go like other places.

      Cons

      Wages for non-union personnel in the Othersal band like all Techs barely keeps up with Union/Assembly Wages. Company values college far more than experience or real accomplishments, a fresh bachelors means more to them for promotions than someone who has saved over ten million dollars.
