      The sheer breadth of offerings, some "best in class" technology. A good story (early health). Improving understanding of outside-US markets

      Very complex and poorly integrated acquistions, Understanding of the "early health" story and the breadth of technology offerings is weak. Business approach in siloes, rather than aligned with how customers are organized.

      Great for gathering experience. Good Work life balance Conflicting personalities does not get you let go like other places.

      Cons

      Wages for non-union personnel in the Othersal band like all Techs barely keeps up with Union/Assembly Wages. Company values college far more than experience or real accomplishments, a fresh bachelors means more to them for promotions than someone who has saved over ten million dollars.
