      Many talented co-workers, strong infrastructure and tools to support work tasks

      Cons

      Old boys network in force... need to spend too much time managing upward when the workload requires you to spend much time managing team activities and morale. Work-life balance is non-existent.

      Pros

      Great for gathering experience. Good Work life balance Conflicting personalities does not get you let go like other places.

      Cons

      Wages for non-union personnel in the Othersal band like all Techs barely keeps up with Union/Assembly Wages. Company values college far more than experience or real accomplishments, a fresh bachelors means more to them for promotions than someone who has saved over ten million dollars.
