Pros
The benefits package is the best you can get. Health, vision, dental, unlimited tuition reimbursement. Nobody else has these kinds of benefits. Lots of career opportunities here, you get paid well, you work with good people, it doesn't get much better than this.
Cons
Not many, like any company, management can be unreasonable sometimes, but that happens everywhere. Everything is measured to death. If a number can't be put on it, if it can't fit in a spradsheet, it doesn't mean anything. I wouldn't leave GE unless I was dragged out, kicking and screaming.
