      Pros

      The company employs some of the smartest people. It has a learning culture that encourages everyone to learn and grow constantly. It's an excellent training ground for management. It deals with sophisticated technologies and uses rigorous operating processes.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can get bureaucratic. The compensation package is competitive - if one is looking for a high salary this may not be the place.

      Great for gathering experience. Good Work life balance Conflicting personalities does not get you let go like other places.

      Cons

      Wages for non-union personnel in the Othersal band like all Techs barely keeps up with Union/Assembly Wages. Company values college far more than experience or real accomplishments, a fresh bachelors means more to them for promotions than someone who has saved over ten million dollars.
