Good training, It will make you very marketable to other companies. The equipment is very common. Great coworkers Great place to start a career Good managers Low turnover. (See cons) Large percentage of FEs retiring in the next 10 years
Cons
Don't ever expect a significant raise. Give it all you've got and get .5%. However, reviews will say your doing a great job and to keep up the good work. Need to negotiate high wage before your hired. It won't happen later. Low turnover. Very high average age of FE's. They don't leave so company has no reason to increase wages. Large number of FEs retiring in next 10 years, this may change.
