Pros
Healthcare benefits are amazing, training is encouraged. Plethora of employee discounts for various companies and GE products. Decent place to work if your just starting out in the field and need the experience.
Cons
Management can be very toxic and lack knowledge in the field. They also can care more about their bonuses rather than customer satisfaction. Pay is lackluster. Run very lean and puts a heavy burden on techs (doesn’t feel good when they talk about making relatively good revenue).
