Limited growth opportunities if your not in a GE program. They will always try to hire externally and pay more rather than give an employee a chance for growth. Severe mismanagement of hiring and spending leads to CONSTANT restructuring layoffs. I have seen top performers get laid off just because this company doesn't know how to manage their expenses. They will overhire past budgets, then restructure and lay their top talent off, then rehire externally and end up paying even more than had they kept the original people. Promotions are very rare and they genuinely don't care about you as an employee as they will axe you in a moments notice just to save a quick buck because they can't manage logical cost controls. TLDR: poor management = 0 job security
