Pros
1- It has a lot of opportunities for growth and they even have a graduate degree tuition coverage. 2- Documentation for everything regarding work. No exaggeration even for office work safety. They have a method statement and risk assessment for paper cuts. 3- The company in general has a huge reputation in the market. It's a benefit to add it to your resume.
Cons
1- Unbalanced workload and personal life. You can spend 3/4 of the year in hotels and working in remote areas if you are in the technical / engineering side of the business. 2- Leveling or promotion can difficult to achieve. As the load / tasks increases to get it. Sometimes you might end up overworking to prove worthiness of it without getting it.
