Pros
I just rolled off GE P&W's Edison Development Program. While on program I completed rotations in Houston, Atlanta, Greenville, and Milwaukee (while having numerous other sites available across the US). My program/team also sponsored international training sessions and conference visits. The opportunities to travel and engage across diverse engineering teams while also receiving a Masters in Mech. Eng. through GA Tech was an amazing opportunity. The support, company culture, travel and education opportunities, and overall flexibility provide an environment that is tough to match anywhere else in the industry.
Cons
The company is very mechanical engineering focused. As an undergrad chemical engineer it was more challenging to find engineering teams suited to my skills. The frequent travel opportunities could also be a con if you don't enjoy travelling.
