      Pros

      Company has very good product portfolio over the various industry. Lots of things to learn if someone who want to do.

      Cons

      Management is being replaced recently. There is no continuous business strategy and due to group restructuring the company lost very good human resources.

      Loose work environment. This is also a con.

      Cons

      Everyone here knows each other too well and become catty behind each other's backs. Not very inclusive towards people with different opinions.
