Pros

Great company and group and the Milton Keynes team were a great bunch to work with.

Cons

The 'worldwide restructure' knocked the motivation out of so many staff it was unbelievable, you went from a member of staff to a number in a box.

Flexible schedule / Hybrid Nice group of people as your coworkers

Seems they restructure A LOT. The main reason I left.

Loose work environment. This is also a con.

Cons

Everyone here knows each other too well and become catty behind each other's backs. Not very inclusive towards people with different opinions.
