      Pros

      You get to travel the country. Stack up on flight and hotel rewards. Pay is decent if you can negotiate a good rate. I knew of some techs who were at 35/hr wile others were at 22/hr. Same job, average amount of time hired on.

      Cons

      Pay used to be great PRIOR TO GEA 2020. Way too much regulation on overtime and hotel/airfare prices. GEA let go of amazing managers that had been with the company for many years and this caused the leave of MANY technicians.

      Seems they restructure A LOT. The main reason I left.

      Loose work environment. This is also a con.

      Cons

      Everyone here knows each other too well and become catty behind each other's backs. Not very inclusive towards people with different opinions.
