Management is very involved and understands its employee concerns. They take any and all suggestions or recommendations seriously and continuously work on improvement and making sure all are heard.
Cons
None. Some employees complain of lack of appreciation but those are non-hardworking individuals who think they are entitled and deserve higher pay than what they produce.
