Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying our work environment. While we have many positive attributes as an organization, we are not perfect and are continually striving for improvement. One of our key areas of focus is diversity. We recently created a Board-sponsored Diversity + Inclusion committee to take diversity to the next level at GEI. We anticipate this effort will help us continue to make strides in diversity, while celebrating the areas where we are already meeting or exceeding benchmarks in our industry, such as the percentage of women in our workplace. With regard to metrics and “paperwork,” in order to thrive as we have, it’s important to keep an eye on our metrics and performance. What we strive to do is to strike a balance and not be overly focused on any one performance indicator in our organization.
