We have a robust onboarding program that we implemented three years ago and have enhanced several times since and it unfortunately sounds like you didn’t get the chance to experience it. We also have a robust learning program called GEI University (GEIU) which contains a variety of learning opportunities from eLearning to live training. We offer tuition reimbursement as well as reimbursement for licenses & certifications, published papers and support to join industry associations and attend conferences.
