We do understand that the commute into the downtown DC office can be rough and it is important to maintain an office in that location to accommodate client needs. It is also a great workspace where we encourage regular collaboration among colleagues. In acknowledgement of the commute, as you mentioned, we do have our hybrid work schedules where our employees can work remote several days a week and we also offer commuter benefits. Our commuter benefits allow employees to use pre-tax money to pay up to $300 in transit and $300 in parking ($600 total) per month.
