Customer service claimed to be #1 focus but quickly turning calls is real name of the game.....and Customer Service is not the associates primary goal but to get you off the phone. They aren't smart enough to realize that they are creating their own high call volumes because customers issues are not resolved on the first call so they call back a 2nd or even 3rd time!... DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! .......Even if it takes an extra 2 minutes......Company environment is very high stress / unrealistic goals / politics and backstabbing / turnover is HUGE!.....average associate lasts about 1 and 1/2 years......so they are almost always hiring...No Wonder!
