      Pros

      Unlimited advancement opportunities for those who work for it. Easy to move up with hard work. Excellent pay and benefits, profit sharing, and 401k. Pays for college classes and books to further your career. Not just a job but a career.

      Cons

      As a call center it can be very stressful handling 80-110 calls per day. If you're up for the challenge, it's an overall great company.

      helpful team members and leadership beautiful facility with lunch room and gym very clean and organized systems

      Pros

      Decent pay and remote work.

      Cons

      Poor management at all levels, and high turnover in the IT department. Profit sharing was initially offered when I started in 2013 but disappeared after covid. Management laid off most of the IT staff that had the technical and insurance knowledge in favor of bringing in new staff to transition GEICO into a tech company. Not sure what the status of the IT department is in 2026.
