Pros
Pretty good pay and the opportunity for bonus makes the position competitive in comparison to other jobs in the vicinity
Cons
Immature management with unrealistic expectations. They also are not too concerned with employee's life circumstances outside of work regardless of the severity. GEICO is a sweatshop that will make it clear you are replaceable once you are out of training and have acquired some tenure. I am actively seeking employment elsewhere considering the management staff seems to lack specific competencies necessary to retain their best performing employee's. Also, I am not a fan of witnessing management staff ridicule foreign customers with language barriers after a call, considering my background consists of immigrants. The bias and bigoted culture has left a very bad impression on me. Human resources primary concern is to maintain the image of the company and so their approach is either put up or shut up and get out.
