Pays very well with a competitive benefits package

Cons

Soul sucking. Typical issues with a call center. Overly managed. Every second is tracked. They have a 38.5 hour work week to account for potential overtime. So obviously you gotta work more to hit that sweet sweet overtime

Cons

Although it’s not a negative for me if you are not used to receiving regular feedback, good and bad, then you may struggle early on with the culture.

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
