Pros
Decent pay with great benefits. Good training which is 5 months long.
Cons
Customer Service is brutal most of the people I was hired with either quit, got fired, or found another job because it is super stressful. You are micro-managed constantly. They expect you to be a robot and to be perfect on every call.
