Pros
Fun place to work if you're willing to work hard. Very stable business model (auto insurance). Most of my co-workers have been there for more than 10 years. I worked with many people who worked at GEICO for more than 25 years. Very professional.
Cons
Headquarters building in DC is old (1950's) and over crowded. There is no room to expand.
