Pros
The hours were very steady, and the pay was very good for an entry level job. I didn't personally need it, but it is nice that health care was offered. Profit sharing is another great benefit, but that's about it.
Cons
The criteria for quality phone calls was never properly conveyed to me. I always asked for more help in order to better my performance, but I was never supplied with said information. How am I supposed to adhere to company guidelines when I am not made aware of what is expected of me? Additionally, the constant changes in what was, and wasn't required is dizzying. To be told to do something so you don't lose a call, and then scolded for your lack of efficiency is really disheartening. Company culture is very political, and negative overall.
