You will stay on the phones as an agent for weeks, you don’t know when your next rotation will be. They give you not nearly enough training on how to work the system/answer questions. They throw you to the wolves of rude horrible customers. If you have to use the bathroom and get off the phones, you clock out and use your lunch break time for it?? They micro manage you and it seems as if their feedback is always negative. It’s depressing. They try to incentivize by giving away gift cards/electronics/etc. but you’re competing against at least 1,000 people. By the time you finish your first 2 rotations you won’t want to be managing people who have to do this kind of job.
