      The benefits, and incentives if your not in the service department. Any one that shines light anymore so than that is a recruiter or current management

      You are a number. Have a therapist. Learn to deal with toxic levels of stress and turnover. Departmental miscommunication is rampant

      helpful team members and leadership beautiful facility with lunch room and gym very clean and organized systems

      Pros

      Decent pay and remote work.

      Cons

      Poor management at all levels, and high turnover in the IT department. Profit sharing was initially offered when I started in 2013 but disappeared after covid. Management laid off most of the IT staff that had the technical and insurance knowledge in favor of bringing in new staff to transition GEICO into a tech company. Not sure what the status of the IT department is in 2026.
