Pros
Pay is decent if you can get your rating high enough. Teammates were awesome.
Cons
Too many calls to handle not enough people to work. No one wants to work here. Even as a model employee of multiple years gets a very small raise. No off the phone time. Constant angry customers. Super high turn over rate. Remote work is almost impossible to achieve.
