Pros
Pay is decent I guess
Cons
- Unrealistic metrics that change every month basically - you have to like working on the phones all day and have to listen to angry people while trying to be empathic and professional which after a while can become very hard - management doesn’t care about your personal well being, only the numbers and the training is absolute trash - you spend 6 weeks in training before the transition period only to find out that they absolutely didn’t teach you anything about the job itself - there is so much information to remember and supervisors take forever to respond and o your questions while customers are on the phone - have to deal with a lot of rude people who demean you and are very condescending. - call monitoring is a joke, even if you do everything possible, management will still find a way to ridicule you and oh don’t fall for the “geico family” motto. This place is a joke. Best decision I ever made was leaving this dump
