Benefits, work life balance. They incorporated something called “flex time” Where you can cut a shift short and make it up however you want within that week
Cons
Job security- they expect you to meet a certain quota with your performance that is based on the amount of calls you take, activities you complete, and surveys. They Expect you to have alot of calls answered per day but you cant control how frequently people call, and there is alot of time in between calls. They expect you to complete many activities/ hit your productivity goal by hitting a “get next” button and complete claims in their entirety but all you get us “no activities available “. Nothing to work with but such high expectations. Lastly with surveys they only care about excellent surveys, and anything less than that like a “very good” Can negatively affect you
